Michael Dolce - Everything til Now by Rafael Nery What a great talent! That's the best way to express what I felt like when I listened to this album. Michael Dolce is a very well known session musician in his country and is releasing his first instrumental debut as a solo artist. The artwork looks great and the sound quality is very good , a very nice work. The songs show us a mix of several styles. Frankie boy which gives us a sample of Michael's country influence, awesome playing. The beautiful Isabella which he wrote to his daugther, a very touching ballad and thanks god it doesn't sound as the "very usual" Vai/Satriani kind of ballad. Mr. Negative and Why not are full of incredible fusion licks, reminding me of Greg Howe's style. Very interesting. For sure an album who deserves to be heard! Contact: |
