Last month we talked about Uli Jon Roth who started his career as being the guitar-player of Scorpions in the 70s. Going on, I want to present Michael Schenker album "Twenty-Five Years Celebration Tales Of RockīNīRoll".Well known for his perfomance with Scorpions, Michael Schenker also formed the band MSG (abbreviation of Michael Schenker Group). The current cd can be referred as one of the best albums so far. He got the songs in his typical way and I guess we donīt have to explain much about his guitarwork. Beside of the excellent vocals from Juri Tiura, some singers from the past showed up like Graham Bonnet in "RockīNīRoll", Gary Barden in "Life Vacation", Robin McAuley in "Tell A Story" and Kelly Keeling in "Big Deal". Last but not least you can listen to Leif Sundin in "Angel Of Avalon" and Chris Logan in "Dreams Inside". This fact would satisfy by itself, but you can also find another 13 great songs with Juri Tiura. These songs are full of power, perfect guitar-solo parts and nice arrangements. The new man on the microphone does not have to hide behind the others as he shows himself impressive in songs like "Freedom" and the opener "The Ride". The instrumental track "Life Goes On" is the final track of this awesome album.
