Way-X is a gospel band from São Paulo which has been publishing their first Cd - single which has received lots of good compliments about the songs.
If you are a fan of heavy guitars, certainly you are going to enjoy this band.Full of good riffs and with a lot of heavy distortion to no headbanger complains.
On the song "Maior em Mim", we can see some influences like Dream theater and a nice composition full of nice ideas and with a nice acoustic guitar on the middle of the song.For sure this band is one of the new bands that have gotten our attention due to their capacity and good taste.

Adriano Reis is a guitarist from Botucatu/Sp who has already studied at Tatuí conservatory and at Souza Lima conservatory.He is also endorsed by Lamá guitars and acoustic guitars. He is a player influenced by Stanley Jordan,and he uses the same technique that Stanley does to play the songs.It is incredible to see what this guy can do playing with this technique. Check out this amazing cover of "Far beyond the sun" of Yngwie malmsteen played in Stanley Jordan's style. |
