Hello Friends of Guitar Clinic, how are you guys doing? I hope everything is fine with you! For this month I decided to apply the two hands technique on the Mixo 4# scale, in other words I decided to show you guys a different sonority because I have been using pentatonic and major scales since my alternate picking columns.

For those who don't remember this is scale, it is formed by:

Root 2 3 4# 5 6 7

Example 1

This exercise is very difficult if compared to what we have done so far, so I decided to just use one exercise in this column. The rhythmic part is very difficult, because I used a 7 notes/beat figure , in other words this exercise is for you to see an example of how using the Mixo 4# scale and to explore the rhythmic possibiliies the two hands technique can give you. Maybe it is not that musical example, but it is very good to practice a new scale and some rhythmic varieties.
