Now keeping the bass, lets put an octave up one of the other notes, or both, so that we have an open triad. Ex 02: Open triad
Ex 03: Open triad on the first inversion.
Ex 04: Open triad on the second inversion
We can play the chord as a chord or as an arpeggio. I usually use hybrid picking to play them. This means I use my pick, as usual, but also my fingers.
